How long we keep information

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Typically, financial records are retained for six years from the end of the last accounts financial year they relate to, in line with
statutory requirements. After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent. You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. How to complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data or If you have requested details of the information we hold about you and you are not happy with our response, or you think we have not complied with the GDPR or DPA 2018 in some other way, you can complain to us.
